Service
They are expensive but they do a good job. I will say that my least favorite thing to do is get an oil change from them. Even with an appointment scheduled and me being on time, I can almost guarantee I will be there waiting for at least an hour and a half but most of the time 2 hours. It is very frustrating to have to wait that long even with an appointment.

Good service/ poor hours
The do a good service and clean your car. Downside is hours, they open at 7:30 and the last service is at 4:30. They also do not do services on Saturdays, so if you work 10 hour days, 5 days a week, It's hard to get your car in for a service.

Friendly service but not as efficient as expected because of needing to wait for 3-hours for it to be finished.
See my previous comments for a description of the problem with a long delay in identifying it and then finally fixing it.

Great customer service but I question the quality of the vehicles
I have always had excellent customer service at this shop. They usually go beyond what I would consider average customer service to assist the customer. The service shop has great people to work with which is always appreciated. My only issue is with the quality of the vehicle and issues that keep arising, which is more likely the vehicle itself or the way I drive it.
