Great service, as usual.
Brought in both of my cars standard maintenance, and while I waited in their lounge (ruining my lunch on fresh chocolate chip cookies), I was approached by the Service Techs who pointed out areas of concern for me to watch out for on one of my cars.

Left with low tire light on, thought it would go out by itself.had to return 2 days later to add air to tires to make light go out. Which means they gave me the car back with low tires.

Lack of communication
My car was in for an oil change. I was not told of any other issues so when I had been there for 2 hours I went out to talk to someone. I was then told that my car had a recall so they fixed it while I was there and they were just going to get me as they were finished. Ok, but I didn't get any paperwork on this recall so I don't know what was fixed.

Customer service
Everything was Excellent, they even set me up with a car for the evening to get home and come back when my car was done. However, I was surprised and disappointed when my car was done and I went to get in, there was grease or dirty marks on the driver door panel and both front seats. I showed one of the servicemen and he immediately said let me clean it up right away, and he did. It took me surprise that my car would be given back to me like that. It has never happened before.
