Safety
Came in day before my oil change to get tire patched. It had a slow leak. They patched my tire and did the oil change. They said they could not let me drive on a tire with a leak like that.

contract
Service for the vechile was good, but there was a problem with the wrap extended warranty contract. Even though I had a copy of the contract, Hyundai had no record of the contract and therefore would not honor the warranty. It took several hours and multiple phone calls to various people to get this matter resolved. From a customer service perspective, this is a huge dissatisfier.

I was not too happy that it took ten minutes for someone to acknowledge me while I stood at the service desk. There were two gentlemen holding the phone and not saying anything. Finally, after ten minutes he asked if he could help me.
