Great Sales Staff Great Service
I purchased my Sonata from Mike B and he is great to work with. I always get my service at Darcy and find them to be very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and professional. The service here is hard to find in todays world. If you miss old fashioned SERVICE like I do this is the place you want to buy your car and service it. Besides I love my Hyundai!! Be sure to ask for Mike B when you make your purchase.

Great Employees
The best thing about D'Arcy Hyundai is the people who work there! I was in for my first oul change just after returning from a 10 day road trip. You can imagine how many bugs met their end hitting my Santa Fe. Well, not only did they do a regular wash after the oil change, they hand cleaned every insect carcass on that car until it gleamed and then washed it again! Where do you get that kind of service? D'ARCY HYUNDAI!

Exceptional Service but High Prices
All of the people from the sales staff to the service department have been exceptional. The service personnel are friendly and knowledgeable and all work is done right the first time I have used them for all warranty work and would not hesitate to use them more if their shop rates weren't so insanely high ($100/hour). I have been told that other dealerships, in the area, charge more. I usually avoid car dealer service departments for this reason. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and have found skilled and competent mechanics that, while using high quality parts, can perform the service for much less!
