Loved the purchasing experience
I was told by another Hyundai recent owner that she always gets her car washed, vacuumed and hand dried which I thought was a wonderful perk from the service dept but my car was not given the same treatment. It was washed but not vacuumed and definitely not dried. I had to go home and re-do it because of all the water spots. Very disappointed

Buying experience was pretty good
Two recalls on my car, one was fixed, the other was not. Guy pretty much screamed at me on the phone saying they're "vin specific" which I was aware of. I'm not really sure what this "special" check up was about...they washed my car and vacuumed up the big stuff in the front of my car...I could've done that at home, not early and without the attitude...
