Buying experience was pretty good
Two recalls on my car, one was fixed, the other was not. Guy pretty much screamed at me on the phone saying they're "vin specific" which I was aware of. I'm not really sure what this "special" check up was about...they washed my car and vacuumed up the big stuff in the front of my car...I could've done that at home, not early and without the attitude...

Given the car and told they updated a program.I drove off only to return twenty minutes later because the car still had the same problem that I brought it in for.

LONG WAIT TIMES.
After waiting the first day for an hour I was told that I needed to return a 2nd day because my tire was not in stock. Even with an appointment I still waited and hour and a half to put on a tire.

Never had an issue with the place until my last visit when i discovered that my window on passenger side was not on track looks like someone was trying to get into the car while it was parked outside overnight.

Average service the facility is well kept and it's clean but need improvement on releasing the vehicles in a cleaned condition especially if the vehicle was already clean prior to services performed I give you a clean car I expect a clean car back hello....

I came in for my comp. oil change. I wasn't told there was seapish from my oil pan & it needs to be sealed.i would have paid for the work if I was informed. Now I feel you should pay to fix it. I'm very disappointed in your staff
