LONG WAIT TIMES.
After waiting the first day for an hour I was told that I needed to return a 2nd day because my tire was not in stock. Even with an appointment I still waited and hour and a half to put on a tire.

Never had an issue with the place until my last visit when i discovered that my window on passenger side was not on track looks like someone was trying to get into the car while it was parked outside overnight.

Midiocre service good shop bad potters.
Average service the facility is well kept and it's clean but need improvement on releasing the vehicles in a cleaned condition especially if the vehicle was already clean prior to services performed I give you a clean car I expect a clean car back hello....

Oil pan seapase
I came in for my comp. oil change. I wasn't told there was seapish from my oil pan & it needs to be sealed.i would have paid for the work if I was informed. Now I feel you should pay to fix it. I'm very disappointed in your staff

Stop asking for us to comment on our service
Being contacted four different times, two emails and two phone calls, to check on the quality of our service is annoying. Once is plenty. At this point the quality of service is negligible as I don't want to come back to avoid being bothered afterward.

I want to apologize for this inconvenience to you, and I understand your concern with the multiple attempts of contact regarding your service experience. 
Here at D'Arcy Motors, we always contact our guest for follow-up with their service appointment, we also check how the vehicle is currently preforming. Certain vehicles may require you drive for a period of time to ensure there are no issues.  
Additionally at random Hyundai Corp. chooses to follow up on D'Arcy Service customers to collect feedback on your service experience, as well as D'Arcy Service Department.

I wasn't explained what work needed done and what my end results were. I was handed a paper by the cashier and asked to pay. No explanation of anything I took my car in for in the first place.

Service review
Not a fuzzy feeling with the service department this go around. No appointment but agreed to leave all day to fit in whenever they had the time. 2016 Car was not washed, oil change indicator light was not reset and car running a bit sluggish. Not sure if oil was actually changed. Also, coupons need to be improved in D'Arcy's system. If customers are given a coupon to use for $49, it should be clearly stated on the breakdown. Instead, they have various charges then try to deduct and it always comes out a few dollars off.
