great customer service
I brought my 2018 Sonata Sport in for a oil change and had an engine vibration. The service manager John Gave me a rental vehicle instead of having me wait because they did not know how long it would take to diagnose the engine vibration. I thanked him and felt that this was great customer service. He then called me about 5-6 hours later and told me that the had fixed the problem. My adviser John Mesich kept me informed through the process. I would say the service department went above and beyond . It was a great service experience.

I love how you can just drive in, I pull right up and the door just opens. Never have to wait
And this time after they washed my car after servicing it, John noticed that it was wet and he dried it off himself. Unbelievable.
