Very friendly and professional
I went in Darcy for an oil change and the service dept were very friendly. I had a low tire pressure and they checked the tire and it has a nail in the tire which they fixed. Thanks a lot

Amazing service as usual!
I brought my car in because I had an obnoxious sliding noise coming from under the carpet. The techs at Darcy Hyundai did an amazing job as usual and spent the time to figure out the source. They are always timely and professional! Thanks!

The customer service is always fantastic!
I've been going to the D'Arcy Hyundai in Joliet over the past eight years for servicing two Hyundai vehicles and even the purchase of a brand new one. Not only have I never had a bad experience, quite the opposite in fact. Each time I go there, everyone is so courteous and friendly. They do great service on my car as well and talk things through in a manner I can understand. I tell my friends and family about it all the time when they are looking for a car because I know they will also be in for a great experience!

Great service
We did not realize the air conditioner did not work when we purchased the car. We purchased it on December 16th. We did not try the air conditioner until April. We were a bit disappointed to find out that the car was sold to us like that. No complaints about the service or repairs on The a/c. Good thing we have warranty, only cost $100 for repairs
