Leroy Parks is amazing and never fails me. I've purchased a number of cars through him, and I refuse to go to anyone else. My daughter just graduated and I am in the market for another new car and he immediately got on top of things. Best Hyundai dealership in state of Illinois.
From the sales staff, to the front line managers and the service department you will not find a more competent, friendly and fair dealership anywhere in the state of Illinois. The service department is second to none.
Everyone goes out of their way to make your purchase or car service a pleasant experience.
I will not purchase a car anywhere else.

Great Place
We've bought 2 new cars from here and used the service department for oil changes and the salesmen and the service department are awesome. Very nice, very helpful. Never a long wait in the service department. Salesmen are never pushy, just very helpful and make you comfortable. They always answer any questions you have. Love this place and would recommend anyone go their for a car. They're awesome!

Outstanding service!
Dylan B. was a amazing salesperson, he was patient, kind, and followed up to make sure all of my questions were being answered along the way. Both Dylan and Bill helped to get me a great deal, and Francisco had amazing patience with my paperwork questions. Every single person I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, and I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is buying a car in the future. Car shopping is not exactly a fun experience, but the folks at D'Arcy were patient, friendly and made it as painless as possible. Thank you so much for everything!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE
If there was a 10 star rating I would give them 10 stars. Outstanding service department and outstanding sales department. My husband and I have been coming to this dealer for over 10 years. I recently had an issue with my 2009 Sonata and I brought it in for service. Jayson and John in the service department took GREAT care of me and my car. The first repair didn't fix my car, when I returned with my car they assured me they would find the solution to the issue I was having. After 3 weeks in the shop they did find the problem, however it was a little more costly than my husband and I wanted to pay for repairs. John recommended me to their sales department and we met with Jimmy. Jimmy showed me a couple of cars that would keep me in my budget since we really were not planning on buying a car right now. After careful consideration we opted to purchase a new 2018 Sonata. Jimmy took great care of us. Service like this is what keeps customers returning. Thank you D'arcy Hyundai for all of your help! I highly recommend this dealer.

Just wanted to extend my gratitude to the Darcy team members, Rob Staeger (Sales), Diego Rivera (Finance Manager), Luke Sillar (Sales Manager), and most of all Terry D'Arcy (owner), who is responsible for hiring this group/team of extraordinary gentlemen. I have bought cars here for years and have only purchased somewhere else if they didn't have what I was looking for. Each one of these men have special qualities that should be recognized as I am sure they are. All of them have the upmost respect for the owner and are glad to work for him, which speaks volume. Best buying experience each and every purchase! Anyone looking for a new or used car should explore this dealership. Great Experience
I have never been to D'Arcy Hyundai , but I wish I have. I was treated great. I met Lauren my sales person, who knew everything about a Tucson. Lauren was great to work with, her best asset was she knew how to treat people. I felt comfortable and at ease. I then met Jerry sales manager, who treated me like a million dollar customer. Zach the finance manager went over all the details, took his time explaining everything in detail. I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past, but have never encountered an Allstar team like the one at A'Drcy Hyundai.

unbelievable experience
I just purchased a 2017, Tucson, from some of the best people I have ever dealt with. I have bought several cars in the past from various dealers, but never experienced a group of friendly people to deal with. My sales person was Lauren Gall, who was one of the most honest and caring professional sales person I have ever met. Jerry the Manager was extremely friendly, made me feel welcome, even though I have never been there before. The Finance manger Zach Segreti , honest , prepared ,quick and informative. There also was a employee in training that was polite and caring. I will send everyone that I know to this dealership, because they are part of a forgotten market , where the customer comes first before the sale. I don't know who trained all of these people to act like they do, or maybe D'Arcy hand picked an all star team to represent the dealership. If you want to buy a vehicle and have a pleasant experience buy from D'Arcy, you can't go wrong. I was so impressed, this is the first review I have ever written. I want to end with thank you for treating me like a person, not just a sale.
