Inappropriate employee behavior
As I was checking in at your service center, I observed completely inappropriate employee behavior. Behind the service desk, one employee approached from the shop area and I observed him throw a customers keys toward another employee at least 20 feet away. The throw was short, so, the keys landed on the concrete floor! Because keys have an electrical component I assume the risk is high for internal damage. I observed the same behavior in the parking lot later where the distance was over 25 feet. I thought D'Arcy was professional and respected their customers property. I was wrong! This employee attitude needs modification! By extension, who knows what is going on in the shop!

In all fairness the service I received was good.

Need more compassion
Needed an oil change going to Minnesota for my Mother's funeral. I called to try and get in and they could squeeze me in for 2 days. I thought it was pretty sad. I will go back to Honda for my next car. this one is only 6 months old and I believe in good customer service.

I wasn't explained what work needed done and what my end results were. I was handed a paper by the cashier and asked to pay. No explanation of anything I took my car in for in the first place.

I took my car in for a recall and oil change and a technician moved a melted candy bar onto the seat. Wendy from guest services called me personally to address the mistake promptly and friendly. Even offered a complimentary oil change on my next visit.

First time for Service at D’Arcy
All the staff I interacted with at the time of my first service required me to initial the conversation. This was my first time at D’Arcy and I was not impressed with the service I recieved. It’s unfortunate because I’ve heard great things about D’Arcy. As I was paying for my services, the girl who checked me out was calling another coworker to tell them that their food had arrived - in the middle of my check out process! She never explained anything to me regarding my next service or offering to schedule my next service. Very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was made to feel stupid to not directly pull my car into the bay, which was another unfortunate thing. There is not great signage indicating that you can pull right in. I also don’t feel like all warranty services were addressed only oil change and tire rotation. I know it was a Saturday so I expect that it is busy but I wasn’t impressed with the staff. And the “complimentary wash” literally was as if someone simply took a bucket of water and poured it over the car. There was still much visible dirt on the exterior of my vehicle.

Car heater problem
The people I talked to tried to help me with my heater problem but there's nothing they can do. The service department seemed to go out of their way to understand my problem and did their best to help The design of the heating system on a Tucson is terrible and I'm sure Hyundai knows it but claims there is no fix! In all honesty (unless something changes) I could not recommend a Hyundai.
