Mediocre Service
I had to wait 2.5 hours for a simple car recall that I was told would be "about an hour". There was no excuse for the service to take >2.5 hours at 7:30AM.

2 hour Oil Change

How much extra am I willing to pay to get my concerns looked at, not fixed just looked at.
The person with whom my appointment was scheduled with (BOB) was extremely rude when I stated my concerns, he sarcastically asked me how much extra was I willing to pay to get my concerns looked at, NO not even fixed.

Overall, I am extremely unhappy with the service and will not go to the Mirak dealership service center unless it is absolutely necessary. The manner I was spoken to made me feel uncomfortable and degraded and, I ask that Mirak please train their people at the service desk to speak to customers in a professional and courteous way, whatever their concerns.

Terrible experience
dont be me
drop off car for 2 recalls and check engine light
engine seems to run fine
guy has attitude towards me
I request a shuttle drop-off
wait 30 min
guy tells me "your car will be here in a few minutes"
A few min later, I tell shuttle driver "was going to take your shuttle, but he just said my car is almost ready"
wait for another 2 hrs, no car
turns out when guy said "car", he meant "shuttle"
guy gives me attitude when I approach him
guy forces new part that my engine probably doesn't need
never called or approached me to asked if I wanted it
car is taken apart so I have to take shuttle
basically forced to buy some $500 sensor that I prob didn't need
guy also tries to sell me battery
battery is fine
no apology, no customer service

NO loaner or courtesy car and shuttle driver is disgruntled
If you plan to bring your vehicle to be serviced here, expect to wait for it or provide substitute transportation for yourself, even if needing work done on your car due to manufacturing defect recalls. This dealership does NOT provide a loaner or courtesy car, and Hyundai USA waives their hands of the issue saying that it is up to each independent dealership. The shuttle driver will complain if you live more than a few minutes from the dealership.

Mirak bad service = waste of time
Mirak is a waste of time for service. On four separate occasions, the technicians could not fix my vehicle. They misdiagnosed the problem and referred me back to the dealership that sold me the car. They misdiagnosed the problem in ever instance. They could not remember to reset the service light after an oil change.

Need help with customer service
Very good at getting car in to get repaired. called saying there were no tires available, but they were available. When car was being picked up (5:00pm) only one person was at the customer service desk and there were 4-5 people waiting in line. Where was everyone else?

they're just too busy
-Lost my car due to how large the parking lot is :(
-my car had Barely Any oil in engine and all fluids were Empty (yes coolant was empty).
- took 57 days for service completion
- they need more help- it's not the managers!
