Fender Liner Replaced
Thanks to Mike the write up was fast and he did help me out in cutting some slack on the charges.
The shuttle service back to my work in Waltham was not available so took Lyft.
Once done they picked me up from work and the wiper blade replacement was also part of the visit.

Great personalized service!

Great service
I’ve always had a great experience at Mirak and will continue to do business there. Whenever I come in for a service I am greeted in a friendly manner and everyone who works there updates you frequently when you are waiting. They always make sure you are taken care of and answer any questions you might have. A great place to take your car !

Great service
Had my rear breaks frozen after 13 years of driving. Nick at Mirak explained in detail what had failed, and took me through the details of how the repair would happen and how much it would cost. Mirak fixed the brakes and the car is driving smoothly once again.

Complete Satisfaction
The dealership in Arlington provides excellent service and a friendly, professional staff. Everything is explained and permission requested before performing addressing additional services. I have always found all services completed in a timely fashion, and the shuttle is also appreciated when necessary.

I appreciate that the Service dept. is open on Saturdays and that there is a Parts dept. on the premises to purchase items for my car. I was able to order touch-up paint for my car during my last visit.

I feel comfortable and confident when visiting Mirak Hyundai for service.

The employees!
Every time I've gone into this shop, it's been an early morning appointment, and the employees' attitudes are always so chipper and friendly. I've never felt intimidated or pressured, which is important to me, as a young woman; my questions have always been treated with respect and answered thoroughly. Last but not least, I tend to pick my vehicle up right before the shop closes, and on many occasions, one employee has stayed a couple minutes past closing time to make sure I get my car that night. I won't go anywhere else to have my car serviced.

Service good but expensive
Nick was an excellent manager of the service, and I trust that the work has been done excellently. I was frankly shocked by the cost, especially the cost for labor. I knew it was a big (30,000 mile) service, and that the next big service is years away, given how little I drive (about 2000 miles a year). Even so, the price was a shock, particularly since my request to see the state of the brake pads was not granted (mechanics used to be willing to give a customer convincing visual evidence of wear to a part). Then, why must the spark plugs be platinum? I'm sure they are top of the line, but they are very expensive, and I would like to have had the option of buying a less expensive plug. On a brighter note, I commend your evident efforts to communicate to customers through the provision of a Status Report, though here I do have a suggestion that would improve this service. It has to do with the supposed color coding on the Multi-Point Inspection Form. Because a color cartridge was not used in the printer, the distinction between the categories (OK and Needs Immediate Attention) was not clear.
