Oil Change
Brought my 2016 Sonata to get an oil change and a new taillight replacement. Make sure you work with Michael Ferrara when going to Mirak service. He’s knowledgeable, always transparent and quick to update you on the status of your maintenance.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
My car had the traction control and ABS lights coming on and then randomly shutting off. It would never stay on long enough for them to see it, however the manager told me to bring it in and let's see if the computer captured the history. Thankfully, it did, but also they found other stuff :( I was lucky and had an extended warranty that they worked with and they helped me out on labor because there was a disagreement as to how long it should take to do the parts that were covered. They even cleaned my car and it looked detailed even though it was not a detail job. Just incredibly kind and understanding. Exceptional service when most dealerships get a bad rap. Nick was phenomenal to work with!

Quick in and out, and complete.
We had out Santa Fe Sport serviced before a long distance vacation (3,000+ trip). Was able to get a decent appointment, they took care of some service notices, did the requested service and out in an hour. The Service Advisor kept us up to date and informed. Out of there in just over an hour.

Charged for maintanance issues without proper investigation
Overall happy with my car but when an issue with engine light came up it was traced back to the gas cap. Hyundai jumped to the conclusion that it was a user error and charged me for the entire maintenance charge. Very unfair to assume user is at fault especially in a new car still under 1 year of warranty. Dealer might be helpless when company denies the claim so wont hold mirak hyundai responsible in this case.

I brought my car for an oil change and wipers to be fixed but they only did the oil change. I realized the wipers were not fixed the next day when it rained and I had to use it. Furthermore, I was advised I would receive a complimentary car wash but did not receive such a thing.
