Service was exemplary and prompt
When I called to book the service appointment, I was greet by Jeff who was very friendly and accommodating. Then, when I arrived to have the service performed, Nick was very professional and assuring. They treated me as if my car belonged to them. First service for new Kona
This was my first service for my 2019 Kona. Changed the oil, inspected vehicle, top off fluids and out the door in 45 minutes. This is my 3rd Hyundai and have been to Mirak many times with top-notch friendly service each time. Hat tip to Nick the Greek service dept.

Fix review
when fixing a rear bump would of been better if the rear bumper had been changed since it kept the traces of line of impact even after being repainted.

Prompt service
They accommodated me even they told me most of the mechanics left already and they were closed half hr ago when I arrived for state inspection. I really appreciated so much that I didnt waste my time and come back. Kudos to Nick!

Cliff is amazing!
I just have to say, since I bought my Hyundai over a year and a half ago, I have been dealing with Cliff in Service. Not only is he personable and truly makes you feel that you matter, he tries his hardest to always satisfy his customers! Cliff is pleasant, courteous, and overall a pleasure to deal with when it comes to my car.

As far as I am concerned, he goes above and beyond expectations of a service department would be. I have never been disappointed with the service, and he always helps as much as he can to let me know what my car needs, etc.

He truly is an asset to your Service Department, and it makes having to drop my car off free of hassle!

Great Customer Service
While waiting for an oil change for my new Elantra, the staff continually kept me updated on the status of completion of my vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour for my service. While there, I had easy access to wifi and workspace to get work done for work.

Great experience and I appreciate their attention to detail!
