Service is not Customer Oriented
This is a long sad ripoff. I brought my car to them because I had an extended warranty that pretty much covers everything. Car brought in Monday morning appt. They didn't even look at the car until Tuesday. Then they tell me because I had replaced the struts they weren't covered but the rest was. They tell me they were waiting on hydraulic fluid so should have car Thursday. Well nope. Called them and now get a story one strut on backorder. I told them to cancel everything and give me my car back. Can't because supposedly they started to take apart. Bull. I should have been notified before anything was done so I would have my car and then bring it back when all the parts were there. Now maybe Saturday it will be done. I am posting this Saturday morning waiting for an answer. Will update this if I get the car or not. Absolutely terrible customer service which is very common with most dealers. If it wasn't for the warranty I would never be there, to boot the repair is gonna cost me around 1800 bucks, absolutely absurd.

nice people, good service
I brought my car in for the 90,000 mile maintenance. Right away Cliff was there to check me in, talk through what was going to be done on my car and he answered any questions I had. Later he called to inform me that my car needed more work done and discussed some of my options with me. I felt he had my interest (and wallet) in mind when making his recommendations and I ended up following his advice. Cliff was always very friendly and helpful and made the whole situation easier.
When I went to pick up my car there was a little confusion trying to find it/the keys but all of the employees were friendly and apologetic for the wait, which wasn't long at all. Overall I would recommend Mirak Hyundai for any of your car servicing needs.

Excellent service
I received excellent attention in my last visit to Mirak, Nick Kapanidi received me very kindly, suggested services that I would like to order according to the mileage of my vehicle, answered all my questions cordially. It was generally a great visit, without doubting the best attention of the visits I've made to Mirak service. I thank Nick for his professionalism and I hope to have his advice in the future.

Well Done
I was well informed on what was going to be done. My car was ready when I mentioned the time I needed it. Suggestions were made by the service person(Nick) to save me time and money on later service.

Terrible experience
Bad experience with My service Advisor Cliff LEGRAND... he did a poor job keeping in contact with me while my vehicle was in there care... i was u der the impression that either he or someone would follow up with me to at least help me figure out what to do in the case that i wouldn't have a car for the next couple of days... the responses i got from Cliff where very short as if it wasn't important for him to re asure a customer that they would do there best to speed up the process... in other words i felt like he was dicking me around!
The day i pick up the car 2 days later... i was speaking to a service Advisor about my experience this guy kept cutting me off while i was speaking to him... in the end he introduced his self to me as
CLIFF LEGRAND... That imidiatly pissed me off! He asked to to give him a 5 star rating...
I would like to speak to a manager about this guy
In the end the car was repaired but the customer service with the Advisor was horrible

Fast service
Went to dealership because the check engine light was on. Cliff was great. He did the diagnostic test and had me out within 5 minutes.

Excellent. reliable service
My car came in for 3 recall repairs and an additional non-recall repair. All 4 repairs were completed faster than expected. The waiting room was also comfortable so the short wait was not an issue.
