Representatives take time to make sure your car as well as yourself are taken care of in any appointment. They call you after the fact to make sure you are satisfied with your services. I was a walk in appointment for an oil change and was taken in at a timely manner of around 30 min which I understand can be a difficult task but I wasn’t complaining.
