Very satisfied with the timely resolution to a glitch in service and highly recommend First Hyundai for servicing a car. Always efficient and friendly. It did take longer than expected after making an appointment so brings book.

Good experience!
Dave Sacco was my salesman. He was down to earth, very patient and informative. While I was considering the purchase, I texted him several times with many questions. I didn't realize it was his day off and was...kind of a pain. lol Regardless, Dave responded to all of my questions promptly. Also, it was refreshing to interact with a salesperson that didn't try to pressure me into the purchase! The young man in the finance dept, (I forget his name), was just as impressive, because while he was informative about all the extra's I could tack onto my purchase, he didn't pressure me either. I would definitely recommend First Hyundai to others. Oh yeah, I love my...new to me...new car!

30K mike service for 2016 Hyundai Azera
My service advisor, Angela, did a great job answering a few questions I had regarding my vehicle. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I met the mechanic who worked on my car today and he was also friendly and upbeat. I appreciate your help keeping my vehicle in top-notch condition.

customer service experience
I came here specifically to look at a used vehicle or something reasonable i was assisted by dave he knew my situation about a car accident we got into and had to start over in buying a car. after a while we looked at a few cars and sat with dave to see what we can do to leave with a car. At one point i was ready to leave because i was very unsure about getting into buying again it seemed like it wasnt gonna work out for me. dave did everything possible to help us out honestly felt like he went beyond the impossible at least in my opinion after a while we came to an agreement and not only did we leave with a vehicle but we left with a new 2018 sonata. this was my first time here a first hyundai dave is great he exceeded my expectation and deserves to be well recognized for his awesomeness .

They care about you here!
Who likes having to take their car in for service? No one that I know of...but since it has to be done, this is the place I want to take it. Angela Kiesman always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with the service performed on my car. If she doesn’t understand what I need, she doesn’t just guess, she asks me questions until she gets it. Highly recommend!

Good day
Was very satisfied with my service to change the oil in my 2013 Sonata. It was recommended that my air filters be changed and when I questioned it I was shown the actual dirty acorn filled filters and hints how to avoid that in the future.

Attentive to detail
Went in for maintenance.
They checked for recall if vehicle, reviewed what was going to be done on the car. They also provided a video recapping the maintenance that was done.
Friendly and attentive staff.
They also gave insight on what I should expect for the next maintenance due.

Hard work, diligence, communication and respect = Happy customer.
Harold, Billy and Lisa have worked hard to resolve an issue I have had going on. I really appreciate their working so hard as well as all the updated information constantly communicated with me. I was impressed with all the updates especially from Harold, being the director and all. My issue was not beneath him. Mark Is Awesome!
This is our second car from 1st Hyundai in North Attleboro. We traded our Santa Fee for a Tucson. We’ve found the staff to be top-notch. Whether sales, financing, and service, we’ve been pleased,

Mark, however, is much above even that bar,. He is quite personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He went over and above to make sure that we were happy. Not a hard sell; and it was easy to negotiate a price with which we could live.

I would recommend highly to buy a vehicle from Mark. Great person!

I went in and met with Avery day one. I came in already decided that I wanted the Ioniq. I came in second day to finalize everything and I find out that Avery never came in. He never responded to me either through phone prior to me coming at my appointment time. David filled in and helped me on the second day not knowing what had been done prior to him taking over. David was great to finalize the paperwork and try to fix the situation as best as he could. He had a positive attitude and a lot of energy.David did the best that he could and I appreciate that.

I just wished management approached me during this process or had given me any warning prior to walking in on my second day.

Rod Franey customer service
Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra at this location in 2014 and up until recently I had a decent experience with the dealership, nothing terrible or exceeding expectations. The vehicle was totaled in an accident in 2017 and I was required to reach out to the dealership for copies of purchase documents to file for GAP insurance, which was also purchased from the location.

I spoke with the finance manager Rod Franey and he assured us that the documents would be faxed to the GAP insurance company shortly. Weeks went by and I spoke with him again and still nothing. 9 weeks passed and I left numerous voicemails on Rod Franey's machine and received no calls back. I finally forced the front desk to hunt Mr. Franey down and spoke with him only to have him tell me that he could not get any copies of the documents I required (bill of sale, factory invoice, etc.) He stated that the documents were in a warehouse across the town and it would take him over half a day to track down the documents. Despite me pleading to him with woes and hardships from the accident, he continued to dismiss my request stating that retrieving documents from their warehouse is something they don't normally do. I was forced to have the attourney representing us on the motor vehicle accident reach out to the dealership and force Mr. Franey to do his job.

Again, I have no problem with this dealership aside from my experience with Rod Franey. If the rest of this dealership has any employees that try to dismiss the requests and concerns of their customers then I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Great front end customer service
Great service from the gentleman out front. I was a little disappointed to return to my vehicle and my seat was all the way back and that I didn't have a new oil change sticker. I understand that perhaps the new technology will keep you updated but for 20 years I've gone by the oil change sticker. This was my first service visit since purchasing my new car and I was turned off by the lack of effort and attention to detail to return the vehicle the way it was received and no sticker.

3 visits for the same recall
For the third time my vehicle has broken down and has to be towed for the same reason. I brought it in the first time when the issue was recalled and had it fixed. The issue being a bolt that was prone to snapping. Following this visit my car has had to be repaired for this same recall on multiple occasions each time the root cause is not addressed and they simply replace the bolt and send me on my way. This leads to my return months later with the same issue and being without a vehicle for a day at minimum. First Hyundai, then the Customer.
