This is second time my car has broken down for this same issue. The first time my car was in the shop for 3 months, the second time it was fixed the following day. But I worry this will happen again and I’ll be alone on the side of the road in the dark! I would not recommend this car

I am normally not a fan of dealerships. They try to get you to do expensive things to your car that are not necessarily needed. I only go to the dealership when there is a recall. I have used 3 different dealerships now on my Sonata and I really recommend Ideal Hyundai because Dave is great. He kept me informed on what needed to be done and the steps that needed to be taken. I am planning on returning there in the future for maintenance and oil changes as long as Dave is there. It's not often you find anyone honest in a service department in dealer. Thanks for making something stressful be so easy.

I called to get a last minute oil change and their schedule was full and it didn't look like there was an opening than the service manager said he could squeeze me in after-all taking off so much stress for my upcoming trip. They took me right away even on a busy Sat. and every person I interacted with was polite and went above and beyond in my opinion. I noticed a couple of days later that part of my rear wind-wiper had come off and the service tech told me to come right in and she replaced it AND gave me another car wash. VERY Happy with my first oil change/service appointment!

I was driving home from work when my engine light came on in my 2018 Hyundai (that I just purchased in May 2019) . I immediately called the service team - as my car wasn't driving well at all - they had me bring it right in and gave me a loaner. The car was returned to me in a few days. Steve was excellent and knowledgeable with the issue that my car was having. He took the time to explain it and we discussed about how it would be handled if the issue arose again. Very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this establishment and team!
