Potential to Be Good
I brought my car in to address window weatherstripping that was peeling on the front passenger side window which was covered under warranty. Upon review of the finished work when I arrived home, I discovered that there were dents/scratch and super glue used to repair my side mirror since it was necessary to remove it in order to replace the weatherstrip. Drove right back to the service center where the Service Manager assured me it will be resolved.

Fast forward a week later, my mirror was replaced and the dents and scratches were made invisible after they took the car back in for half a day and provided a loaner. The Assistant Service Manager I worked with during both trips demonstrated he understood my pain points and sought to make things right.

Fitzgerald's Lakeforest Mike said he'd fix it...and he did! THANKS!
You know when you tell yourself you'll do something when you have the time/money to do so? Well, that day came for me and Mike U. at Fitzgerald's Lakeforest got me in and boy, it feels safe to have new brakes. I waited in comfort & got a free car wash! I'll be back - I bought my car there 6 years ago and never had it serviced anywhere else. Professional, courteous people I can trust!

Very Good Service
Overall had very good experience. Staff/Service people all very nice, professional & fixed issue (driver seatbelt would not hook in). It did Take 5 days to get part in. Only issue was that they gave me a loaner car while working on my car & loaner car was awful - smelled bad (like someone smoked in it, front seat would not move properly to set seat & sounded like would break down any minute. They did apologize & it was last loaner left. But overall have always had good experience there.

Consistently On-point
I've been coming to Fitzgerald Hyundai for more than a decade now. I've been so consistently impressed by their service department that I decided to go to their dealership side when it was time to buy a new Hyundai. Their service team is excellent and their front desk staff are polite, professional and, more importantly, never patronizing and always happy to answer questions and provide details concerning what they're doing with my car. I appreciate all of these things immensely.

A Job Well Done

Best Service Experience Anywhere
I've been taking my 2012 Hyundai Sonata to Fitzgerald's for several years and have always had an excellent service experience. The staff are courteous and professional and the service department is very competent; I feel confident taking my Sonata there no matter what procedure is required. On two different occasions, they went above & beyond what they would normally do to assist me. In comparison, in the past , I have had Cadillacs and Lincolns serviced at other dealerships and the experience wasn't nearly this good; you would have thought it would be because these are traditionally "premium" brands, but sadly that's not always a guarantee of good service. I would definitely recommend Fitzgerald's Hyundai to anyone considering service.

They do a quality job and don't pressure you for extra service.
I like the service dept here and have used it often. I was very dissatisfied with the cost of a transmission flush for 400.00 of which I refused based on the cost. Thank You.

Bought here because of loaner for life program, having previously purchased a Highlander from Fitzgerald. Service is good but loaner program has declined.
Service is good and would return to use it. Very disappointed with the loaner for life program.

Exceeding Expectations
If Fitzgerald dealership locations are at all similar to the one in Gaithersburg Maryland, then Mr Fitzgerald and the entire management team and their well trained staff are just outstanding. All the more impressive is the consistency revealed on each visit with the free check-ups and often subsequent inspection and repair as well as the low cost for most repairs and market rate costs for expected auto maintenance; Bravo !
