The 2-3 hour wait time for a routine oil change is horrendous.
The wait time is never less than two hours with or without an appointment!

Good service
It took 2 hours for oil Change an tire rotation.My locks for my wheels are in the trunk and the regular lug nuts installed on my car. Will return to get that done right,I will not purchase from this dealership again

Took over 2 hours to get an oil change
Had an appointment at 11:40 and car was not on rack till 12:20 and then at 1:15 was told it would another hour before it would be cleaned and ready for me to leave

Motor locked up
My niece and her husband bought a Sonata and it was still in warranty when the engine locked up on it. They claim that they did not change the oil properly and they couldn't prove that they had changed it because her husband always changed it. They said there was sludge in the engine. They have been through so much together as my niece was diagnosed with ovarian cancer about 4 1/2 years ago and David went to Afghanistan for 2 tours and was shot. Now they have a car with a locked up engine and a car payment with no car to drive. My nieces husband said the oil pump quit working and that caused the engine to lock up. My understanding is that you only post good reviews, that is not a true system because there are always problems at any dealership at times. I am thinking about taking this to the news channel in Memphis. If you don't this I will continue to pursue.

Bad service department
When we took my Santa Fe in for routine servicing we were extremely unhappy with the service. They were asked to perform an oil change, check a rubbing sound in the dash and to check a brand new tire that has consistently been reading low after air being placed in it. When service was completed, they had changed my oil and rotated my tired. When asked about the squeak in the dash they stated they could not find anything making noise at all. When asked about the low tire, they said they had checked the tire and did not find anything stuck in it or any holes. Said they had been having trouble with the valve stems in the new tires but the service guy spit on it and there were no bubbles so we should be good!!!! I have never had wonderful treatment at the Tupelo department but this was ridiculous. I would almost rather void my warranty and have my service done somewhere that really cares.

Made it right
The person who originally gave me the quote for the part quoted the incorrect price and should have told me the part would be in later than they stated. The part was in after a week and I was able to get it replaced.

Barnes Crossing and Hyundai - out for money
The part I needed is a dealer only part. They charge you to tell you what you already know...then the price of the part is EXTREMELY high...same part on an older car is about 1/4 the price. I ham having to pay over $400 just for a power window button assembly...not even the motor.

Service needs improvement
The service department is slow & they don’t always fill out the inspection report that is to be done whenever you get work done on your vehicle.

I got no indication that it was done until I called later that day & they gave some excuse as to why it wasn’t filled out.

I love my Hyundai but not the service department!
We have purchased the last 5 vehicles (3 Hyundai) from them. We love the salesman and his service. The service department needs much work! Car service is not timely and they make excuses for everything! Own your mistakes, people are more forgiving. I would recommend the dealership but not the service department.

Service not up to expectations this time
Have always had good service prior to Saturday. This was my 4th trip back since purchasing car in 2016 to have oil changed and tires rotated. I was just hoping to have problems resolved without having follow up visits. You would think if you make an appt and wait patiently for 4 hours it would be fixed or if not they would take it back and figure out. Not tell me 2 or eating and one don’t feel good and want me to drive back again to resolve.
