Great Service, if you don't mind being inundated with Fox News propaganda the whole time.
Good, knowledgeable staff, professional, timely service. Unfortunately for anyone who isn't of a particular idealogical stripe, you will be forced to endure hyper right-wing "news" (i.e., Fox "news") in the waiting area the whole time, blaring out from a TV the site of a small aircraft carrier. Bring your ear plugs unless partisan propaganda is your particular brand of poison.

Have bought several vehicles from here. Always a great buying experience. But always dread getting oil changed. Better have two or three hours set aside for this. Wish something could be done about this. Please dont let this reflect on the sales team at all. But promptness needs to be added to the service dept.

My only complaint
Our only complaint is that they lost our original key to align the tires, we had to buy another one and now they lost that one so we are having to purchase another one to have the tires rotated plus now we have to make another trip to Tupelo. We have never used anyone else except this dealership. They need to refund us for 3 tire keys since they lost 3
