Hi Pamela,
Thank you for taking the time to fill out your survey concerning your service.  We appreciate hearing from our customers.  Since I know the price of an oil change is either $39.95 (conventional oil) or $49.95 (full synthetic oil), I went back to check your records.  It seems you also had a$19.95 tire rotation dones as well.  If you did not authorize the tire roation, please let me know and we will get this taken care of.  Thanks again for your response and I look forward to hearing back from you.

HORRIBLE Service in Service Department
I was supposed to have my car serviced and detailed. My car was serviced but it was never detailed. However, I still had to pay for the detail. The employees in the service department are very rude and unwelcoming.

Not the best
The only thing positive I can say is the staff was friendly. They did not have their stuff together on this visit.

The cleaning crew did an absolute horrible job
This was so unorganized and unapologetic although my service was credited in full it does not make the experience any better because of the ignorance and lack of organization and respect for customers.

Communication could be better. Dealership should do better at standing behind the vehicles they sell even if they are used.
