Great staff, fair prices, excellent service
Christy Williams did a great job in assisting me as I set up my service. She was very knowledgeable and able to explain all the work that was going to be done.
Steve was the mechanic who worked on the car as as Christy informed me about the work, so did Steve. GREAT staff!!

1st Service Experience on new Sonata
I was overall quite pleased with the quality of service I received. The only thing that could be improved is the detail shop's attentiveness. I have a black car so, it is cursed with requiring a bit more attention when it comes to cleaning it in order to prevent swirl marks and other lines.

good repair service
Very friendly employees. However, it would help if management kept the salesmen away from the waiting lobby. Customers do not want to hear a sales pitch while waiting to have their cars serviced. When I'm ready to buy a new car, I will be walking around in the parking lot instead of sitting in the waiting lobby.

Great Service Experience
Warrantee service was conducted most professionally. They listened to my concerns and addressed everyone no matter how minor. They found a serious problem and completely fixed it without any questions. With the attention I was given I felt like a valued customer. I am ashamed I did not buy the vehicle from Pecheles.
