Such a change from past visits
I was dreading taking my car in for service. It was time for the big 90,000 service & I had a warranty issue I needed addressed. So, I reluctantly took it to Southern States. For the longest time, it was terrible. You had to wait about 6 weeks to schedule a visit & then, it seemed service was on it's own time frame. BUT!!! Something has happened. I was able to schedule service for later the same day. WOW! When I arrived, the service agents were all new & very helpful. I was happy with the prompt service & ability to get my car back the same day.
The only disappointment was being told my replacement part would be in within 2 or 3 days & I am still waiting a week later. There is always room for improvement but, I no longer DREAD having to go there. Now is more like what I always hoped it would be like. Whatever they are doing, I hope they continue.

Improved Service
My last 2 visits to SSH were disappointing in that I had an early morning appointment but my car wasn't ready until closing when I went to the site after never receiving a call or notice that my car was in progress or ready. After responding to this survey, this visit was greatly improved. I'm glad to report that Nina, the customer service rep called early to report progress and my car was ready when promised. I want to thank SSH for taking my comments to heart and once again providing the excellent service I've grown accustomed to.

Nina, does a very good job, she is very customer oriented and personable.
The service recommendations made on check-in were practical an appropriate, no over selling. My vehicle was also serviced in a very timely fashion. In fact I called in to have it finished earlier than I originally asked for and I was able to be accommodated. Previously I had some concerns with the amount of time it took for basic oil change service but I was very pleased on my last visit this week and hope Southern States will continues to improve customer service.

Surprisingly Fast
I have visited Southern States Hyundai on numerous occasions for service to my Sonota. I have always received good service but normally will have to wait for quite a while to have everything performed. I was expecting this time to take longer due to the factory recalls that were to be done. I was told on a previous visit to allow 3 hours since the engine must cool down completely before performing the check. I was prepared when I arrived to either stay at the dealership or have their shuttle drop me off at the mall. Surprisingly, it only took about 2 hours!! The customer service rep was informative at the beginning of the appointment. She had everything prepared for checkout and I spent little time in front of her station waiting for paperwork! Was truly a good experience!!
