Sorry service
My car was moved outside with the window down and pollen got inside. Noone offered to get it cleaned. My settings was changed to my seat, radio , lights and my phone charger was unplugged all jut to plug attire. Very unsatisfied!!!!

Very good service
I have been pleased with Southern States. The service department does a good job and the staff are very nice people. They fit me in last fall when I had to make a road trip and had a death in the family - but needed an oil change and tires checked out. I greatly appreciated that.

Some work was done, other wasn't explained and still awaiting a call
So I put on my online form a couple of outstanding issues that needed to be address with my car, I was skeptical about this dealership, as the craftsmanship from the last service was a few of the outstanding issues this time.

So I get my normal oil change and told them that the last time I was there, they gave me an alignment (which I didn't ask for) after 10,000 miles? And since then the car has been pulling to the right. Also I got my driver seat track replaced; they didn't screw in the bolt to the driver seat belt.

Since then, the track has broke again, to which they said they would give me a call in a few days to reschedule the seat issue (no problem, thats not an normal issue). My advisor never discussed the alignment issue nor did they rotate my tires.

Its been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to get a call back, Shane wanted me to do a review...well, here it is.

Quick and friendly service
I was so frustrated that my Elantra wouldn't start and I had it towed to Southern States Hyundai. I was prepared to be there for hours but less than a half hour later, Brian came out to tell me that my car was repaired and I would be on my way.
