timely
I stopped in to make an appointment for an oil change and they took me right away. My car needed it and I was happy that I would not have to come back the next day. it was past due for the oil change I had already rec'd a notice from them.

Employees noticed me.
After a not so good experience at another dealership, I was noticed and spoke to one employee who remembered me. I purchased a car and came to get an oil change. While in the waiting area an employee said hi. This led to me asking a question again about tire and wheel protection plan. This employee got me into the back and I now have that protection. I also got a chance to talk about my future car needs.

Oil change
After a routine oil change and tire rotation, there was a strange oil/chemical smell while driving my vehicle home. There was no noticeable smell while riding in the passenger seat. After almost two weeks, the smell is still there??? The vehicle seems to be running okay, so I'm not sure where the odor is coming from.

Recall replacements
Im trusting the recall was done. I think it should be policy to show the customer what was fixed instead of telling them everything that was wrong or needing to be done to my car. The factory recall issue was never mentioned or explained.
