Sales and Service
My wife and I were VERY happy with the sales and service at Modern. We were treated with friendliness and courtesy and with a genuine desir to sell us the right car to meet our driving needs as we all as our limited buidget. We LOVE our 2014 Sonata. As a pre-certified vehicle it is in excellent condition and the Service department did a 110% job to make it so! Thank you, Christopher and team. It has also been a long time since either of us have enjoyed being with a car saleperson like Hana. He was just super in helping us into the rght vehicle, without high pressure. Rose and I look forward to working with Modern in the years to come and would HIGJHLY recommend you check them out for your next car purchase!

Really Good Service!
First time at this location as I just relocated from the Tampa Bay area. I bought my car new in May 2015 and they seemed to take good care of her. I was surprised that they didn't do a courtesy wash.

IF the service is like it was this time, ease of appointment on line, and timely....I would recommend....If it was as in the past a 3-4-5-6 day wait for service, then no. Personnel are always great at Modern. some one has finally done this service experience correctly! Good job whoever it was!

The Modern Hyundai Service Department is outstanding.
The Service Advisers at Modern Hyundai just can't do enough for their clients. My adviser is unfailingly polite, professional, and always helpful. I can rest assured when my car is in his hands. I have much appreciation for this fine team!

The friendly service.
I needed service that would leave me without a car until it was completed. I am a disabled vetran with doctor appointments that made it difficult for me to be there to get my car when repairs were compleat. I was given a loaner vehicle and kept it an extra day because of appointments. The extra day helped me continue with my life and not rush to pick up my car. Thank you Hyundai and thank you Jeff for all the help.

Luxury? Maybe not
New car with 130 miles. Stereo rattles and dealer done tint horrible. Interior should not sound this way with less than 2000 miles. Dealer attempted to fix but all issues still there. Let's not even talk about my car buying experience. Can't recommend with a straight face.

Does not do what they say..
Bought 2nd car here first experience was good...this time has not been good at all...had to take car back because of body work that should have been done prior to me buying. .car was not clean when purchased so he told me when I brought it back in it would be detailed... no car mats...said they would order mats for my car (me giving them to much credit thinking that they would be the mats made for my car...not something that doesn't even cover floors and doesn't hook in....some thin, cheap, too small mats...thrown on non vacuumed floor..car was not detailed.....really just fed up...and the purchasing of this vehicle was also bad experience. ..will not suggest this place to buy a car to anyone.

Excellent Service Department
I always bring my car here for recalls or maintenance. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They never try to push replacement parts that are not needed and they take the car in to be serviced upon arrival. Excellent staff, and service. I won't take my car to any other dealership. Modern Hyundai of Concord is by far the best place to get your car serviced.

I found everyone very polite and attentive. Quality service. I was very disappoint of the lack of a car wash. A debt card should have been given out toward a car wash. Car should be given at time of service.

close to home and easy to get to
I rated 5 stars becaus eit was close to my home. also the service was speedy. II bought my car on other side of town and it is completely inconvenient for service etc.
