Review
I had my car serviced on Tuesday (oil change and state inspection) and when I went out again on Thursday my tire pressure light stayed on. I was disappointed that it was on after it was serviced the previous Tuesday. I had to take it back in after my appointment on Thursday to get air back into the tire that was low. After not having any issues when the Arctic fronts came through late 2018 I don't think cold weather was the problem.

Poor Customer Service
Disappointed in the service I received this past week and the response I received from this facility due to engine malfunctioning and not able to loan a vehicle due to the fact the vehicle was not at this facility.

I just came in for an oil change. I don't know anyone who doesn't already have a someone servicing her car. No one that I know drives a Hyundai.

Ridiculous
It's sad that Hyundai wants to take advantage of their customers. And then misconstrues the bad reviews and negative feedback that they receive to always pin the problem on the customer. (Just read through these reviews and you'll see...)

I could go on forever about the ridiculousness I've dealt with having this car for over two years, they make you (and charge you extra) to have your car serviced at Hyundai, or else they will void your warranty and/or penalize you in some way. And then they create made up services and issues to get more and more money for things. If there's a real needed service, they jack up the price 10X more than any other place.

Kristofer makes the place great for me.
Hyundai fixed my bumper after an accident and less than a year later it was coming off. No problem. I returned it to them to fix it and they did not take full responsibility. I paid a portion of the amount that they should have fully covered. Thanks to an amazing service professional on their team my car is now properly fixed. I was also appropriately informed that another issue was causing the bumper not to fit just right. This is probably what caused the first bumper to pop off after being poorly attached. Fortunately with this excellent service professional, Kristofer, we are able to address the real issue. Kristofer provides great service even when Hyundai did not appropriately handle the situation.

Bad service
Brought my car in because it wouldn't past a state inspection. You guy looked at the car couldn't figure out the problem so i was told i needed to drive 100 mile to reset the computer i did that and ot still didn't past so i was told to just keep driving until it resets. So that weekend i drove 500 more miles took it to get check and still wouldn't past. This time i came back to the dealership and you guys decided to look more into the issue and found a bad part however i wasted 600 unnecessary mile .

Ultimately we were advised to replace the computer to get the readiness codes to retest and to allow your car to pass NC state inspection. Sorry you felt we had failed you. This was for sure not how we wanted you to feel.
