Expected time of service not up to expectations
Service rep friendly but not as forthcoming with the time of service as one would expect. Did not mind that repairs took approximately 2 hours, but, would like to feel that estimated time for service would be close to actual time. If issues arise that may delay completion time would like to hear this before actual completion of work.

Thank you for the honest review of your recent service visit. There is no excuse for the service advisor not communicating with you about the status of your repairs. I have personally been in a situation like this with other maintenance services and I know how frustrating it can be, and how quickly it can affect the rest of your planned day. I will address this specifically with this advisor, and with everyone in the service team so I can hopefully prevent this in the future. Also, I have fixed the name in our database to reflect the owner correctly.

Consistent and reliable service and results; good people throughout!
3 times I brought the car in after somehow catching a nail in three different tires. Once you patched the rear tire. Twice you could not fix the front tires. In both cases you said I needed a new tire. Although the nails were in the first tread, they were not near the side-walls. I suggest that, in these cases, you plug these tires and send me on my way. Both of those tires were relatively new. Final verdict 25 dollars in stead of 160 dollars- and a happier customer.

Always the best!
From the time I pull into the garage, to the moment I get back my keys I feel welcomed at Crenshaw Hyundai! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and just overall amazing (especially Andy 😊). I recently moved to Raleigh, but I still go to Crenshaw in Burlington for my vehicle service because they're just that good!!

My 2011 Sonata another recall
The buys at the Crenshaw Hyundai were super nice to me and explained in ways that I could understand what the problems were that needed to be resolved. I had 3 recalls that took two trips and each time the guys let me leave it there and called me to update me or inform me of an issue and ask if I wanted them to deal with it. I like that they always checked with me first. Really the service and maintenance department were awesome!
