I really appreciate your honest review of your recent experience. I am very sorry that you had to return so quickly for an issue that absolutely should have been caught before purchase. There is no excuse or explanation other than my team missed this recall being open. Since the third brake lamp has been replaced, and the stopper for the lamps, I do hope there have been no other issues. Please let me know if there is anything I can do in the future.

Always satisfied with the outcome of a visit to this dealership. The wait has never been longer than two hours and the waiting area is comfortable. The service personnel are always courteous and prompt with update on how long it will take.
My service employee was very considerate regarding my difficulties with mobility and brought my car to the closest access for me to get to when it was ready.

Service worth driving a longer distance for
This dealership is very efficient. They get you in at the time of your appointment. They don't make you wait for several hours while they take care of customers that drop in. There are not several cars lined up wanting. The personnel at this dealership are very friendly and courteous. I drive 50 minutes to have both of my Hyundai vehicles serviced by Crenshaw Hyundai. I stopped patronizing the Hyundai dealer closest to where I live because of the terrible customer service.

Solid Customer service!
Customer Service Dept Did a great job taking care of all of my service needs I had also asked for pricing on tires of which they gave me three which is perfect that’s what I would’ve that myself. Friendly Staff!

The personnel are friendly and professional.
I recently had taken my Hyundai Elantra GT for scheduled maintenance. I made an appointment for early morning and the Service Department took the car immediately for its 22,000 mile check-up I was in and out within an hour. Great service and personnel at Crenshaw Hyundai. I highly recommend them.

great service manager in Greg and Tavious is very good in the service bay and with customers
I like the people even though the current automobile selection is skimpy. Waiting on the Palisade and the trucks was a big mistake. By the time the palisades arrives I may have spent $50,000 on another suv. The Santa Fe downsizing timing made no sense at all. I have purchased three Hyundai in a row but now looking at a gmc acadia denali for a june purchase.

Waiting on order
Service was quick and have had good experience before. I ordered a pair of visors and paid up front. Told they would arrive in few days and they’d call to let me know. It’s been a week and I haven’t received a call. Still waiting.
