Making things right.
After my assessment review I realized that it was as bad as I made it out to be. They did fix all that was wrong and it was under the service warranty. All is good. The car wasn't what I wanted from the start, really wanted the Genesis but my cousin talked me out of it. So I was unhappy and after 6 yrs. things are better. So yes I would recommend this service center and dealership.

Happy with Resolution!!!
It took a bit to figure out the issues with my car.
Along with my detailed description of what can not be detected in Diognostics, further research determined the cause of My cars issues.

Mike Mojica - Outstanding salesman
I loved working with Mike Mojica. I was just beginning to shop so had come across a number of salesman at other dealerships. Mike impressed me the most. Very personable, organized, clear on explaining the pricing and very knowledgeable about the product. I did not feel I had to haggle about the price as he gave me the what I had expected from the get go. He followed up and was always on time when I went in for an appointment to test drive. I cannot say enough about Mike and would highly recommend him and Liberty Hyundai. I work next to Home Run Driving School and they use all their cars and speak highly about Liberty Hyndai as well. Make an appointment with Mike Mojica.

Car is just not the same. I'm disappointed in you Hyundai. Where's your award winning costumer service. With as may recalls it has had (over 10). Should have just replace the car. But that would be in a perfect world and right now it's not a perfect world. Since the service I feel like my car is a death trap...

I was disappointed to find out my Hyundai Maintenance Agreement only covers an oil change every 7,500 miles but the service center recommends changing every 3,500 miles.
I have been using this service center for a number of years and the staff is always courteous and knowledgeable.

Very nice but disorganized
I have been going to Liberty Hyundai since I bought my first Hyundai from them back in '04. They have always been courteous and kept the place looking great, but recently I went in for an oil change and came out with a diagnosis that would lead to $2000 worth of repairs. Not able to buy a new car right now, I chose to get the repairs done. I called for an appointment and mentioned that parts would have to be ordered, so I wanted to make sure I brought in my car in enough days advance to when the parts would arrive. I arrived for my appointment, picked up the loaner, and left feeling confident that my car was in good hands, because it always had been before. Then I got a call later that day to tell me that they didn't have ANY of the parts and they would have to be ordered for the next day. I could keep the car, but now I would have to pay a FedEx charge to get the parts overnight. The next day I received a call that told me that first of all only half the parts for the breaks that needed replacing arrived, so I get to keep the loaner over the weekend, but also that the other repairs that I was told had to be made, did not, in fact, have to be made, according to the head of the garage rather than the technician who originally diagnosed my car. I was glad for the price reduction on the repairs, but frustrated with everything else. Finally, the repairs were done and the loaner was exchanged back for my car, which was in fine condition except all the radio stations were changed.
Basically, they do a good job once they do the job, but, sometimes, it takes a while for them to figure out how to do the job in the first place.

The Best Service Department
I am extremely happy with Liberty Hyundai. My service experiences have always been pleasant. The staff is friendly and courteous. Waiting times are kept to a minimum and the waiting area is spacious and comfortable. The ease of service is wonderful. I would highly recommend the service department.

Best Hyundai Service Department Ever !!!!!
When I brought my 2013 Veloster in for some minor service & warranty issues. Every thing was either fixed or replaced better than it was when it was new..... Leaving the shop I felt like I just drove off in a brand new car
