The service was terrible and the price was worse. Bad experience with everything at this place.
This place is a rip off. A side mirror part cost me $845 and EVERYONE who I spoke to who has had one replaced has paid no more than $400. Overcharges me bec I’m a woman

Stand Out Service
The staff at Liberty are a cut above other dealerships. As badly as we were treated at Paramus, that is how great we are treated at Liberty. No one here lies to us or misrepresents the issues.
We have already recommended friends to Liberty and they are also very happy to be done with Paramus.

Very nice staff however I had to wait after my car was ready because no one was there to get my car outside. That was after I waited for over an hour and all I had was an oil change and an outer wash.
