Sales Dept Excellent--Service dept extremely arrogant, unfriendly
I have purchase 6 Hyundai sante fe's This particular dealers service dept is arrogant
and hard to deal with. My battery was dead after 2 years and 27 days I asked that
the regional manager be contacted which was refused several times by the service mgr
They refused to do anything other than prorate the battery after being a customer for over 12 years and having purchased 6 santa fe's, I felt I should be given consideration
since the battery went out of full warranty 27 days after its full warranty period--the service manager completely disagreed and refused to contact the regional manager for assistance despite knowing my customer background Everytime I need service, even though oil changes are free, I avoid this service dept because they are difficult to deal with and arrogant I sought the help of the general manager Charlie Levy who was very kind and picked up the cost of the battery for me, making this a much more pleasurable experience, but none the less every time I have gone for service to this dealer I have experienced delays and bad service Making appointments to bring the car in is also a tremendous hassle and usually involves a several day wait

I don't believe work is done properly
Also, I bought my 2013 Sonata at this location NEW. It had only 8 miles on odometer. After 2 years, I almost traded it in for another vehicle at this location. Now, my original miles (on service papers) says 15,000 miles plus when purchased. They were supposed to have fixed this, never did. I took in my original contract showing their mistake. They said it was all straightened out. Obviously not. I'm at the point, why bother.

Two Day Oil Change
Waited minutes twenty minutes for first appointment. Had to leave because car would not be ready in time for my business appointment. Came back next day, waited over two hours for oil change. Although the oil changes are "free", I will go elsewhere for next oil change.

Poor service!
The appointment concept is to reduce the amount of time the customer has to wait. Your system is failing. It doesn't take 2-3 hours to change oil.

Warranty bullshit, hidden charges for regular check ups
You are going to pay 300 just for them to check over your car every 15, 30 and 40 thousand miles. Then whatever is wrong charge you to fix that problem. And if you don't go through the dealership for this you no longer get free oil changes and your warranty is voided so if you have a car payment every month you will be paying for a warranty you won't use. Which btw the warranty is worthless anyways. Everything that has been wrong with my car I"be had to come out of pocket to fix. I have the best warranty they offer for a lifetime. It's all bullshit.

Lack of trust

A Big Disappointment
