Your Parking brake is adjusted properly. your complaint was you had to push the brake all the way to the floor to hold the car. and you do. if we adjusted your brake any tighter you would burn up the parking brake shoes. Amber is right now days it is supplementary to park. That portion of the brake system is half the size they used to be, and also why they are now parking brake 1st and not emergency brake. If you feel we are wrong you are more than welcome to take it to a different dealer for a 2nd opinion.

my appointment was 11:30 Nov 25. Very quit day. I was early so had to wait 20 min in the car out side even those I was the only care in line wait for 15 min. there all kind of 3 service writer inside. When he finally came an took me in I said something to him abut the wait he said your appointment was not until 11:30. Which sounded like insult, not good customer service. Anyway service was done. It was oil change, when for oil change, car wash and there was a recall(door lock). But worst thing was when it was time to pick it up he was not there so when back waiting room. who was in back talking to a friend not business after 20 min I when disk and ask another writer who paged him but still. He did finally show up. I feel that customer service is no part of his job socializing is . Very disappointed because sales, actual service were so good.

I will never do business with Henderson Hyundai again! Can't stand Lisa in the service department. She is always rude. Needs customer service training. Also, work that I came in for was not done so afterward I had to go to another auto shop. Can never get an appointment for the FREE oil change. So I just go to Jiffy or Terribles.


Tell Eddie Zelonka it was a pleasure doing business with him, but I won't be back. He is always nice and courteous and a great salesman!

Charged for work not done
As part of my service, I asked to have my tires rotated. When I was told the car was ready I asked if all the work was completed, including the tire rotation. I was told yes. Before arriving at the dealer, I marked one of the wheels to see if the rotation was actually performed. When I went to pick up the car, the marked wheel was in the exact same location as when I dropped off the car. Never bring back my car for service again to this dealer. They offer free oil changes when you purchase a vehicle from them. Not worth it. Cannot be trusted.

I'm sorry for that, I don't show we did a rotation on the repair order. I show a free oil change and 2 recalls.

Would have given 0 stars if it was an option
Terrible terrible service department. I was at lunch and my cars battery died, I called roadside assistance and had my car picked up. This was about 1:30 in the afternoon. When I called to check on my car at 3:30 they said they couldn't find it... awesome!!! After about half an hour I got a call from them saying they found it. I told him I need the battery done today as I needed my car for work tomorrow. The service tech said yeah that should not be a problem. I then called back at about 4:45 to see if my car was done and after a 20 minute phone tag run around I was told that they would need to keep my car overnight... for a battery??? A ten year old kid could change one in 5 minutes. So I said fine just get the battery ready for me and I'll come get it and put it in myself. I was then told that the parts department was now closed. Long story long I had to buy a battery at full price rather than getting the $83 pro-rated one, install it myself. These guys are horrific! Oh yeah they offer free oil changes with the purchase of your vehicle, have fun with those 4+ hour wait times for that. If you don't believe me just Google them and read all the other reviews.

Read the review and did some research and it sounds like there was a lack of communication on our part which I will aplologize for, but upon your last visit we try'd to make that visit as pleasant as possible. by provided a loaner while performing the recall on your vehicle and also taking care of an oil change for you.

warranty service is pathetic
I've had an air leak in the driver's window addressed 5 times. Its still not fixed. The passenger window motor was replaced, your mechanic lost the interior door handle trim. They ordered a new one that didn't fit. They ended up ordering a complete new assembly.I am Yuko's husband, Dan and would like a phone call from your district manager 702-429-0498. I've filled out these reports in the past and even wrote the general manager, concerning these issues and didn't get a response, so I'm guessing this review will fall on deaf ears also. Dan Arcotta.

Part was ordered to repair my car. It arrived and I was not called to schedule an appointment I had to call the parts department to find out it had arrived. I then had to call to schedule an appointment to have it repaired. I was told the service advisor would call when the part arrived, she did not.

Bad management , pushy sales men , damaged paint
Bought 2 brand new cars from this lot and the second time was a nightmare . They sold me a car that wasn't clean then tried to clean it and swirl marked the paint job. Talked to multiple managers about it one trip turned into 5 trips . Tank of gas included with all new cars was gone in these 5 trips from summerlin to Henderson. Worked with salesman and manager to try to fix the issue took pictures videos showed them in person at time of purchase and yet still ended up with a brand new black swirl marked car . Was advised by the manager that swirl marks are normal with brand new black cars .....lies. And I informed them that you have 10 other brand new black vechiles on the lot with no swirl marks .now I'm here today with a car that was never up to standard and I know that I will never do business with Henderson Hyundai not with Craig the manager or Robert S the salesman . The only plessnt part of fianancing before all this damage occurred .

I think when it takes 1 1/2 hours for and oil change and wash job is totally unacceptable when they advertise on the door express lube. Also when they sell you a new car they like to advertise you get free life long oil changes, but then they make you sign a peace of paper stating you will have all your matinance service done by them when they charge you ten times more than it would cost to do it your self. So you are paying for the free oil changes many times over.

Poor customer service-0 stars should be a choice
Everytime I come here it always takes at least 30 mins or more just to get checked in and drop my car off. No one ever knows what is going on. While I am trying to check my car in...the lady is taking other calls while I just stand there waiting on her, it is so unprofessional. Another girl is putting on eye liner at her desk. I am a manager and would never let my associates act like this. It is always unorganized and a total nightmare!!!! I even called 3 days before to make my apt. and explained why I was taking my car in and I still have to go through dealing with explaining each time I go in why I am coming and what needs to be done on my car. It's like they just show up and wing whatever tasks they have to do for the day.

The Advisor will always ask you your concern so we can confirm your problem and fix your car. You came in on a different day then your appointment  during lunch when we wear down on staff. We service over 140 cars a day so keeping your appointment is a key factor in fixing everyones car on time.

Like a bad movie
Closing reminded me of a movie I saw about a woman being tortured by the police in Argentina. 2 months in I am still fighting for by rebate promised at funding. Don't event think about buying their overpriced warranties.

Have you called and asked to speck to a finance manager about your rebate. Service would Know nothing about it. In most case's rebates are put into the deal when you buy the car
