Didn't keep promise
Our car used buying experience was good, though they wouldn't budge on the internet price. Per our request, they did throw in car mats and a cargo liners, and a full tank of gas, but did not make good on their promise of some touch up paint, which I have a written IOU for. Even after texts and phone calls that were not returned and a Facebook PM where they said they would get it out to us, they have since ignored us.

We are so far very happy with the car. Just do your due diligence when purchasing a used car because the dealer won't always be forthcoming with you. For example, this car was in a small fender bender which the dealer did not disclose. My husband is an auto adjuster by trade so he noticed it. It didn't show up on Car Fax because the car was previously a rental and rental companies do their own repairs which do not show up on Car Fax.

So, though I would have lived to give this dealership an excellent review I cannot. It really bothers me that they did not keep their word on the paint.

Tired of being ripped off
I️ spent $1900 on my vehicle for annual service, but yet the tire pressure light still comes on for “no reason”?!

1st oil change on new car
If you need to talk to the service rep, good luck. If you get a voice mail do not expect a call back. Many times going there he is also not there. Usually the Toyota service reps can help, but not always. Oil change was done in less than 1 hr. I wish they would have left the tire air pressure alone. I had just driven 30+ miles so the pressure was a little higher and they must have lowered it, since the next day I was too low and had to fill them up a few pounds. Otherwise all ok.

Thank you for the favorable review. We work hard to be the best dealer around. With regards to the prices, I think If you compare our total package we are very competitive. In addition to the oil change (which includes a new filter, and gasket with the oil) a service includes tire rotation, checking and setting the pressures to factory recommended settings, check the belts, hoses, wipers, battery, alignment, filters, brake and tire measurements, and scan for any codes. Our customers have made a sizable investment in their car and our responsibility is to keep the car running and driving like new. We will offer recommendations based on inspection and support that recommendation with pictures or results from actual inspection of items.

I do apologize that you had difficulty reaching the advisor. I have informed my Service Director so that he has a conversation regarding timely phone checks and call returns.

Blue tooth upgrade
They installed an upgrade on Bluetooth and when they did that they wipe out and did not restore my setting. That is bad!
