Everything was good. I was shocked when the bill was 63.00 for oil change and service. Did not expect it to be that high. I did not have any problems with any of their work.
Being retired I am very cautious of what I pay.

Call to make sure dealer knows your car is getting towed in.
Prestiege Hyundai is not at fault...roadside repair (or tow truck operator) should give dealer a heads up when a car is coming for repair...especially Warranty work

Acceptable service
Acceptable service level value this time around for front brakes and rotors acceptable but not a great value for the money spent. I also waited a couple of weeks before writing this review and my opinion hasn't changed.

Jeff Decker great-service mechanic not so much
Jeff Decker is a very good service manager. I have enjoyed working with him very much over the last few years. The lower grade oil change tech has been below par for his completeness the last two oil changes. The glove box open damper cable not connected the last 2 times. This last service the engine top cover was not installed correctly. I finished these two tasks myself. Not a big deal, but below par for the service-sloppy at best. Oil level was 1 pint short--I topped off myself too. I am not sure that B/G additive ever installed-# 150 takes up 1 pint of oil space. This all leaves me wondering what is going on in the shop. Yuri
