Charged for problem that probably didn't exist.
Charged 800.00 for a part so car could pass inspection, because of check engine light. A smoke test was supposedly done. 5 days after paying 1800.00 for work on car just to pass inspection. Check engine light back on. Big misdiagnosis!

Service Department Absolutely Sucks
Jason of the Service Department absolutely stinks when it comes down to finite troubleshooting. They are parts replace-ers, not troubleshooters. They took my dad for $450.00 suggesting parts needed to be replaced to fix a specific problem that they were troubleshooting with their own computer. They were never able to fix it and eventually told my dad they didnt know what to do anymore. KEEP AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! VERY SHADY.

Customer brought car in with parts from another repair shop that could not get the car running. In the original diagnosis in which we found the junction block power issue customer declined repair and requested we preform ad temporary repair, which we did. Customer took vehicle to return to original repair shop however the vehicle broke down on the way. Vehicle towed back to dealer, when we agreed to install previously recommended junction block. After doing so additional repairs were needed of which the customer declined. Customer was NOT charged for the junction block or the installation. Car was towed out of dealership without any other repairs.

After looking into your paper work your time stamp show that you were here just over 2.1 hours In which we were having technical difficulties with the computer update which I was assisting the technician with. This is not how we normally operate here I personally try to go above and beyond for every customer. This time of year it becomes overwhelmingly busy as I’m sure you could see the day you were here and we try our best to meet everyone’s expectations.

I was extremely happy until my second lease
I was extremely happy until my second lease — however two weeks after leasing my second élan truck hatchback one of my tires blew and was defective. After having to buy a new tire 200 miles from home, I contacted my salesman, the sales director, the service department – – and although all sorts of help was promised to me no one got back to me. It took two months for me to finally just bring the tire in to show them what had happened gave it to my salesman and told him I would never deal with him again. Up until that time I had recommended 3 to 4 customers to go to that particular sales person because he was so attentive. I had even gone to the sales manager to see how wonderful I was taken care of. I don’t know what happened with our relationship, but it really soured me immensely on ever leasing with Hyundai again. I feel the cars are incredible, however the change to the low-profile tire was a bad move for the 2018 hatch back and as far as recommending to her friend? I recommend the cars but not the way that I was treated.

Sorry to hear about the experience you had. in reference to your concerns, The cabin filter was replaced in july and most likely did not need replacement again at this past visit. Also looking into the tires last visit they made a note you may need in future, since you only drove less than 4,000 the tires are not yet needing replacement. Didn't keep promise
Our car used buying experience was good, though they wouldn't budge on the internet price. Per our request, they did throw in car mats and a cargo liners, and a full tank of gas, but did not make good on their promise of some touch up paint, which I have a written IOU for. Even after texts and phone calls that were not returned and a Facebook PM where they said they would get it out to us, they have since ignored us.

We are so far very happy with the car. Just do your due diligence when purchasing a used car because the dealer won't always be forthcoming with you. For example, this car was in a small fender bender which the dealer did not disclose. My husband is an auto adjuster by trade so he noticed it. It didn't show up on Car Fax because the car was previously a rental and rental companies do their own repairs which do not show up on Car Fax.

So, though I would have lived to give this dealership an excellent review I cannot. It really bothers me that they did not keep their word on the paint.
