Lesson Learned
Edited as of 4/19/18:
When I purchased the vehicle, it had 86,564 miles. I asked if the timing belt had been replaced, as it should be at 60,000 miles, and was told that if it hadn't been done before they received the car, they would have taken care of it. Tuesday 4/17/18, the timing belt broke while on my way to work, leaving me stranded for 4 hours on I-95 before it could be towed. When I left the mechanic that the car currently sits at, there were ~93,000 miles on the car. If someone is purchasing a used car from a dealership, I do not believe that it is unreasonable to expect to get more than 7,000 miles out of it, regardless of age. To anyone purchasing a car, please read both reviews I have posted and take into consideration the fact that initial impressions, no matter how good, do not last and will not help down the road if something happens to your vehicle.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I made an appointment to check out a pre-owned vehicle I saw online and have the car I was looking to trade in evaluated. Daniel helped me when I arrived, taking me on a test drive of the car and working with me on getting a value that I was comfortable with on my trade in. Daniel was very straight forward and honest with me when I went back to complete paperwork and helped me through the entire process. I purchased the car for a fair price and got an excellent value for my trade in. The next day after taking delivery, I noticed that there was a small leak underneath the car. I immediately called and they told me to bring it right in. John, the service manager, was extremely apologetic and informed me that it was only a seal that needed to be replaced. He personally took care of everything and I didn't pay a cent to have it fixed. Every staff member that I have interacted with has been kind and professional and I feel like they made what could have been a strenuous experience exceptionally easy.

I would recommend Marvin and other sakes people in showroom to a friend. But I would warn them about the service in Service area of how poor it is which could be a turn off from getting a car from central avenue dealership ....

While I got a good price for my car, I would never recommend Central Avenue Hyundai to anyone. In fact, I would say pay more at a dealer that will treat you with dignity before, during and after the sale. I have called the dealer no fewer than 10 times and never received the courtesy of a call back. Clearly we all know that once a sale is made the customer is no longer king at most car dealers. But what I resent is the fact that the sale is not complete. They owe me something that they promised and I cannot get it. Even when they delivered the car, it had dings on it and scratches and it was dirty. We had to ask them to clean it and remove the blemishes. But beyond that, the level of disorganization and dishonesty was sad. I put my trust in them and I was betrayed. I don’t expect much from car dealers, but I got less than expected on this deal. Thankfully the car is good.

After spending 2 days, 7 hours and $1,600 in your service center, I was right back where I started from again with the Check Engine light back on again only 18 hours after leaving CAH.

Poor service
I went for a maintenance check-up and oil change. After doing the service, paying, I got my keys and left. I noticed on the day after that my car was doing a weird loud sound whenever I accelerated. I opened the hood to check if everything was ok and found that the Engine Air filter was not locked. It wasn't even in place, and the compartiment was open. Meaning all the dust and leaves that were sticked to it went inside the engine. Really upset with the service.

Outrageous prices.
Never in a million years would I have expected the pricing scheme at this place to be SO off. Stay away! Unless you're looking to hang out as an outsider at the Boys Club and pay an arm and a leg for it.
