Service is Great (except when it's not)
I love Waikem. I really do. Since I first leased my car on 2011, their service and attention has been first rate... Except when it isn't. Communication from the service department is lacking. They had my car for two months (for a recall that was on back-order). I had to call them constantly just to check on the update (it was 3 weeks before the repair even got approved, and another 5 before I got my car back). I was told that someone would call when the part needed had arrived, so I could arrange for my rental to be returned. I wasn't called until the repair was complete, then they told me to pick it up within 24 hours! I live and work over an hour from the dealership. The service I received was wonderful, but the communication was lacking for my own personal preference.

Timely and clear communication but an incomplete job
I have been a customer of Waikem for almost 5 years now. Uve had great experiences each and every time. But the last two times I have had my tires rotated, I get the car back and my tire pressure is not where it's supposed to be set at. The paperwork states it is set. Makes me wonder what else is not done and I am being charged for. I know the tire pressure because I have a tire that I have to fill at least once every two weeks. I had to pay over $300 for my 30,000 mile service which is insane but I lease and I dont want not doing the service held against me when I turn the car back in. I've had a couple of issues with this lease (my second one). Its making it hard to want to return to this dealership for my next lease, which stinks because of the convenient location from work.

Long wait time.
I had my vehicle in for a oil change and inspection. Told them I heard an occasional noise in rear when braking and turning to left. It took a while to find the problem and then decided it was a loose ball joint which was then replaced. Also had to replace brakes and rotors in rear. They had trouble getting on brake on. I was at the dealership for a total of 5 hours. I realize car repair is expensive, but the $800 bill with a discount seems excessive.

Friendly Helpful Service Folks.
The crew is great. Took my Hyundai in for headlamp replacement but it was only the wiring and no charge. We were very happy. I brought the car to work today at Belden Village and the lamp is again non-functioning. Sigh!

I have taken my vehicle here to get repairs in the past, and they have always been friendly and kept me informed on the condition of my vehicle. the service is good but the price is what I would expect going to a dealership for repair.

A little disappointed
Well I was disappointed because I had asked for them to check my brakes due some grinding I had heard but no where on the spec sheet did it say thickness of pads and I wasn't informed on how they were holding up. I was making a trip to Iowa that same day and had told them I needed them checked.

Communication great
Ryan was very good at communicating with us when he said he would, He sounded genuinely sorry when he told us that an additional part was bad and it would take another day to repair. They always find something else wrong besides the original problem . But what are you going to do when you really don't know? You have to trust that you are not not being taken advantage of, but you always wonder. I bring my car there when I need to but the reason I answered that I would not recommend them to a friend is not that I have bad service but I would not want the friend to have a bad experience at my recommendation.

The reading material is very outdated. 2 almost-empty pots of coffee were left on a lit burner until a customer went over and turned them off due to the burnt coffee smell. The service was prompt and correct the first time.
