Highly recommend
Took car in for oil change , was asked if I wanted to have 15,000 mile service done , even printed out invoice , but I turned it down at this point ,and never got the copy after having oil changed ?????

Not My Best Visit
Normally, I give Waikem 5 stars and a glowing review. I will chalk this one up as an "off" day (or "off" week.) People were great, service was great... communication was very poor this time. Did not receive calls with updates as promised - had to call several times to get any info on the status of the repair.

We have purchased or leased several cars from Waikem and have had countless good-to-great service experiences, so we'll let this one slide. Hoping it's an anomaly and not the start of a trend.

Great Service
Service was great. I would suggest that the Technicians would double check their service after completing it only because I needed a bulb change and when I left the dealership I still had the same problem. (thinking it was burnt out). Upon checking the bulb, it was replaced but the electrical wiring harnesses were not connected. No biggie. Just a suggestion.

Great experience
Excellent costumer service and overall experience. The only reason I didn't do 5 is that it took a little long, (35 minutes) but I'm just used to going to Valvoline. Staff was very friendly!

I like that you can pull in to a garage area and not having to find a place to park your car then go in to the service desk ...
Didn't like the fact that my cabin filter cover was left on the floor along with the flashlight which was in the glove box. Other than that I am assuming that the warning stickers were installed properly from the seat belt recall. (196)
