Front wheel bearing replacement
I called and told them what I thought the problem was. A technician confirmed my guess. Waikem provided me a courtesy KIA forte, so that I could continue with my daily errands. I came back about 4 hours later and picked up my car. A great service experience.

Best Service Department I have ever dealt with.
We own two vehicles, purchased both at Waikem Hyundai, and Charlie and the service department take care of both as if they were their own. He knows what service work is called for and reviews it with you when you arrive. All work is done in a timely fashion, It really takes the worry out of vehicle ownership. My only suggestion would be that they keep doing what they are doing. Hands down, the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Thanks again Charlie.

Great customer service
I can't rave enough about these guys. Excellent customer service and great work. Service reps are knowledgeable and always take their time to clearly explain everything to me and answer my questions. I never feel like it's about my dollar when I come here, but rather ensuring I have a good experience and my issues are solved. I actually returned to Waikem to buy my 2nd vehicle when I was car shopping specifically because of the great service I recieve when I have my Sonata serviced here.

Great service!
I took my 2017 Santa Fe sport 2.0T ultimate in to get a flat tire replaced and talked to Jeff on the phone beforehand. He was awesome! He made the whole experience better! They also told me about a recall on the computer and fixed that while they put my tire back on. Love Waikem and would definitely go back!
