Could have been more knowledgeable
I went to your facility to get my steering checked and they told me it was my struts and wheel bearings. I had them replace the wheel bearing and I had to wait to get the struts replaced. The steering was still bad. They told me the steering would improve once the struts were replaced. I don’t see the relevance struts made with steering, so I got another opinion. I went ahead and ordered struts and took my vehicle to my mechanic to have them put on. I told them about my steering problem and they put my vehicle on the lift and said the struts were leaking but they had nothing to do with the steering. Upon further examination, they found the problem right away. It was the rack and pinion steering system that was bad. Waikem should have seen this right away and instead told me the struts were causing the steering problem. Sounds to me the technician needs to hone up on their mechanics skills. My car wasn’t safe to drive because of a misdiagnosis.

Still having problems
Car is STILL leaking oil after engine was replaced. This is the third time I've brought it in and no one can figure out why it's leaking or how to fix it.

Potentially dangerous
The lug nuts were not tightened on our front tires after having a tire rotation and oil change. My husband heard a rattling noise and stopped at another provider who took care of the problem for us. We are not at all satisfied with Waikem service.

Hassle-free visit for recommended service
Brought Sonata in for 11,250-mile service. It was easy to schedule the appointment and car was ready earlier than promised. Staff is always friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions.

Service and repair of 4000 mile vehicle
I should not have to worry about ANYTHING breaking on my car. I still say the jack is defective as I got a flat 1 month after I bought it. While jacked up on flat pavement the jack buckled causing it to fall almost smashing my husband, thank God he got out of the way and only the car was damaged. When I told Chuck this, he said we inspected your jack it's fine so I guess you better call a body shop. That's great service? I think not.

Not fully satisfied with the service on my car
The car is wonderful. The service takes more than 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and they failed twice to rotate my tires. I might recommend this business to a friend because I love the car. I truly am disappointed in the service. I cannot answer the last question at this time. If service improves I could recommend Waikem Hyundai.

Terrible Service
I have been having key fab issues in my 2013 Santa Fe for months. It required 3 visits in order to get it fixed. After each visit, I was told that the issue was resolved. I have also had the car in multiple times for issues with the backup camera and was given a body estimate that was about double that of a reputable body shop in the area (there were multiple services in the quote that were on the opposite side and end of the car). On multiple occasions, the service department "overlooked" the fact that I had an extended warranty on the electronics and tried to charge me for services that were covered. I will not be a return customer at Waikem auto group, specifically because of the service department at the Hyundai dealership.

Close to our house
I called the dealership and expressed my concerns and have not heard back from them. I would like to have the dealership explain to me why they were trying to sell work that did not need done. I got a second opinion and I saved myself and my family $1200. I am very disappointed and saddened by this experience. I have been a fan for the last 11 years.

Communication great
Ryan was very good at communicating with us when he said he would, He sounded genuinely sorry when he told us that an additional part was bad and it would take another day to repair. They always find something else wrong besides the original problem . But what are you going to do when you really don't know? You have to trust that you are not not being taken advantage of, but you always wonder. I bring my car there when I need to but the reason I answered that I would not recommend them to a friend is not that I have bad service but I would not want the friend to have a bad experience at my recommendation.
