The people in the dealership--the sales department made me feel very welcome, explained everything to me during the car buying process and helped me in the selection of the car. I am very pleased with my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I appreciate their kindness, patience, and follow-up with me after the purchase.
The people in the service department have been very helpful and supportive, as well as friendly. If a service is necessary, they let me know, explaining the necessity of it, how long it will take, and of course, how much it will cost.
I appreciate the friendliness and support of the entire staff. They have made me feel at home.

My experience with the service department all depended on who I dealt with. If I dealt with Steve or Eric,my experience was fantastic....however,in my opinion I believe the service manager needs to take a couple classes on “people skills” I will say he kept his word to me on a situation we had,but at the same time I had more than one experience where I left there extremely aggravated after speaking to him. Anyone can tell he is good at his job as long as he doesn’t have to deal with customers directly.
