As with most dealership shops, service is not cheap. It is not, however, outrageously expensive, and both the service and customer service are superb. Outstanding (and often free) initial diagnostics, and absolutely no pressure to get the work done while you are there.
I will continue to do most of my work myself, but will definitely use Butler Hyundai for service beyond my competence. Further, I have already told my spouse that they should be her first stop if she has problems if I am gone.
