Sales & service need to work together better
As a service customer I felt a bit out of place in the sales department and they did not go out of their way to make me feel comfortable even once they knew I was a paying customer. That is not right, especially since I purchased a car at your dealership.

Service great. Customer Service not so great
I felt as if my car was serviced quickly and efficiently when I took it in for a 60,000 maintenance check.
I would suggest better communication between customer service, since my keys were not available when I came to pick up on a Sunday.

Slow, expensive
I've been to other Hyundai service centers, and Sheppard is the bottom of the heap. Quoted time is never accurate -- always slow no matter time of day or insignificance of repair. Expensive compared to other dealerships' service -- never any deals or specials, and always costs more than I expect. Seems like the service folks don't have my best interests at heart, which is not a good feeling.

Charge too much for service provided,
People are friendly and it's clean but they gouge you on prices and Always try to sell you things you don't need . Would recommend purchasing a Hyundai there but not servicing after out of initial warranty.

Honest & reliable service
The job always gets done correct! I new I needed new tires and dropped it off for something totally different. When I came back the gentleman had printed me two quotes for new tires to take with me just because he noticed they were on their last leg. It is great to have a company anticipate my needs and not be pushy.

I did not say it was so great.
The service was average and I MIGHT tell my friends to go there but again not being able to wash my car made a big difference to me. There are other places that do the simple service I requested that do wash cars. I only clicked yes about "recommend to a friend" because there was no maybe option.

Shuttle Service
We requested shuttle service when we were told our recall repair was estimated to take 3 hours to complete. (My last visit I was told 3 hours and I sat there for 5.) The shuttle driver hadn't come to get us after an hour, so I went to investigate. We never got a ride , but they did expedite the wait time.

Slow as hell
It took over 4 hrs to get a small piece fixed in the track of my drivers car seat and when asking for a loaner car they said no, you must rent a car for $25 a day even though this is a warranty issue. By the way if you want your oil changed here prepare yourself for a two hour wait and that's with an appointment. Why the hell does it take two hrs? This was our 4th oil change here and each was 2 hrs. This will be the last time I buy a car from this dealership.
