Easy service
Dropped my car off at the service center and Allen gave me a ride to work and got me there early! A couple hours later they called me and said my car was ready for pickup, so i called Allen and asked if he could pick me up at 12:30. He showed up on time and took me back to the service center where they checked me out quickly. Round trip awith check out I was back to work within 30 minutes! Made my day!

Good service, surprising danger signals from 2016 Sonata Plug-In Hyubrid
I was amazed at the scary error warnings I got from my car going up a hill on a highway. It led me to think the engine was going to explode (turn off engine now!)....while the dealer rep said its routine, common and not to worry about it as it just indicates strain on the electric engine due to insufficient charge. Wow. Someone needs to get this clear and reset, and owners have their systems updated once this bug removed. Its dangerous.

Sheppard service was good, friendly, organized.

This is a wonderful dealership. They get you in and out and will wash your car before you leave which is part of their service. Eugene Sheppard’s is the only place I will take my car to for routine maintenance. Their mechanics and staff are great and friendly.

Going beyond is what sets them apart
Took my Tuscan in for it's 7,000 Miller checkup. They changed the oil, rotated the tires, aligned the front in, as it was pulling slightly too the right, and replaced the front wiper blades.
All they charged me for was the oil change.
Now that's good service!
