As someone who has had previous car buying experiences for new and used vehicles, I have to say that Pacifico Hyundai has been the best hands down. I went in for my annual inspection which took less than an hour. I also didn’t realize in my warranty that part of my inspection was covered(I forget if it was the state or the emissions) but I only paid half of the full price!! I am able to book all my appointments online at my leisure and the customer service - from pulling into the service lane, in the waiting area with the pretzels and water, the wait time, and leaving with a car wash - doesn’t even feel like the hassles and experiences people go through at other dealerships. I definitely feel like every penny I spent on my car was ABSOLUTELY worth it!!

Great Service Department
Had an upcoming appt for 60,000 mile check-up later this week, but my tire pressure light went on Monday morning. Took it over on my way into work. They offered to do the 60,000 mile check up then, so that I didn't have to come back. Since it was a long service (and not cheap) I was offered a rental car for the day. Pretty convenient.
Holly is best! She is really customer focused and she handles everything very professionally. Nice follow-up by Cynthia as well. Much appreciated. They give you a coupon for a free carwash which is nice. I made a suggestion to Cynthia that they consider washing the car FOR the customer for long/expensive appointments. She was very gracious and interested in my thoughts.

Good service while I was on vacation
I left my car with Pacifico when I went on vacation. I was very happy with the service I was given. I was able to get my oil changed and was able to leave directly from the airport after my trip.
