Recently went in for an oil change and just happened to get a flat tire in my sidewall on the way. My service advisor knows that I purchased my tires elsewhere and had a warranty on them so he gave me the option of taking it there to avoid me having to purchase a tire outright when the warranty covered it. My visit to Conicelli for maintenance was exceptional. In addition to regular maintenance, there was a recall issue to be repaired. While working on the car, another problem was identified, and the solution involved getting the part that would take 2 days, I was given a loaner vehicle at no cost. The save me a bunch and I was able to still attend appointments I had. My car was ready in 2 days. Very positive experience. The customer service staff is always so very pleasant.
