Service
Was not called back to give status on car after3 hrs. Could not find technician to speck with him and someone else filled in and was not helpful because he did not know what was going on. Shuttle promised but only provided one way service. Care was not cleaned as promised.

Service issues
We brought to the attention of the service person that we had a problem with the wheel alignment that was performed on our vehicle months earlier showing them how our tires were wearing. We might as well blow in the wind with the response we got. Also, after the oil was changed o thought the car would be washed but it was the worst wash job ever. No quality work anymore.

A 3 hour wait
My service appt. was at 12. They did not take my car into the garage until 3. The computer diagnostic took 10 minutes. I lost an afternoon in the waiting room.

Overscheduled and undermanned
If you want to stand around for 30+ minutes just to drop off your vehicle off, and then wait the same amount of time or more to pick it up after the work has been completed; then this is your place!

Don't buy a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid - transmission problems
Don't buy a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid - we had the transmission replaced (under warranty) not too long ago and then the transmission started demonstrating the same problems as it had before; lurching and jerking when decelerating or braking for a stop. Get this, the dealership blamed it on the car's 12 volt battery. The battery was NOT the problem, was not bad and the car showed absolutely no signs of battery issues, but they claimed a bad battery would cause the transmission problems because it's an electronic transmission.

Well, after forking over $353 for a Hyundai 12 volt car battery (OUCH!!) the car STILL demonstrated the same issues as it did before they made me buy a new battery. As I told them from the start, "It's NOT the BATTERY causing the transmission to lurch"!!

On Labor Day, my wife traded the unreliable Hyundai for a real, dependable car... a 2017 Toyota Corolla. That's the first and last Hyundai for us!!

Appointments are worthless you will wait hours!
This is the fourth time we have had appts only to still wait for hours. The last one was for a recall notice and we were informed that the parts were available and appt was made. My wife drove 25 miles only to be told they were out of the part and would have to come back. Appts have been made for routine service in the past and yet the service still takes hours.

Breakdown
difficult to contact by phone. I was from out of town, had breakdown and was towed to dealership. Next day took 8 hours to get in touch with someone in service. Multiple receptionists, but they were unable to contact service directly; very unwieldy.
